At Gems Jewellers customer satisfaction is our Number One priority. That's why we aim to get your order to your door as soon as possible. We dispatch all online orders within 1-2 working days, you will receive an email when your order as been dispatched or is ready for collection in store. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

We hope you love your purchase from Gems Jewellers, however if your order isn't quite what you expected, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any pierced jewellery items (i.e. Earrings), altered items or personalised items.

Items being returned must be unworn and in pristine condition with all packaging and labels intact. All returned items will be subject to inspection and approval before any refund or exchange can be issued.

  2. Carefully package the items and send them with recorded delivery to the address below

Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores in Coleraine or Ballymoney where our staff will be happy to help with any enquires, exchanges or refunds.

Please Note:

Once the item(s) have been approved, we will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) to the card used to pay for the order. Refund times may differ depending on bank and postage times.
